Mr. Malul began his career at Mekorot National Water Company as a civil engineer and a project manager at the Northern District. He was subsequently Manager of the Detailed Design Department at Mekorot’s HQ. His next positions were Engineering Maintenance Department Manager, Manager of O&M water stations
unit, and Engineering Manager at the Jordan District of Mekorot.

Mr. Malul’s responsibilities include board member of Mekorot subsidiary EMS for the past three years.
Education: B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, and executive directors course, Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
