Jesus Gonzalez, P.E., is the Manager or Recycled Water Policy at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, the nation’s largest municipal utility. He is a civil engineer with over 20 years of water industry experience in the areas of water resources, project management, pipeline design and construction, and recycled water. He currently leads a team responsible for expanding the use of recycled water to the 4 million residents in Los Angeles. Jesus is a first-generation graduate of UCLA, a registered Civil Engineer in the state of California, and a very proud father of 2 young children.
