Aymen Karoui is a Director in the Methodology and Portfolio Research team at Morningstar. He was an associate professor of finance at York University (Toronto) and at the University of Quebec in Montreal. Furthermore, he worked for a couple of years as a portfolio manager at Desjardins Global Asset Management. Karoui holds a Ph.D. in administration from HEC Montreal, an MBA in Finance from Laval University (Quebec City), and a bachelor’s degree in finance from IHEC Carthage. He has published several papers in the area of portfolio management and sustainable investing.
