David L. Rose is a partner and founder at Thales Water Advisors, a global water strategy & finance consultancy, founded by three of the industry’s leading experts on water. He provides corporate, M&A, go-to-market, and investment strategy to corporations, PE firms and growth capital firms interested in the water sector.
David has been a leading expert on water investing and strategy for over a decade, with over 15 years experience as a senior equities analyst for investment banks including Jefferies & Company and Wedbush Securities.
Additionally, David spent seven years in Latin America where he oversaw a restaurant operator and developer and an operations consultancy practice, before dedicating the next two decades providing insightful research and strategic advice to corporations and institutional investors on water strategy and investing. David received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder.
