Biography

Edward is a senior member of Deloitte’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice that advises public and private sector clients on large infrastructure projects and assets. Prior to Deloitte, Edward was a Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets providing development, infrastructure M&A, P3 advisory, and capital markets financing for infrastructure sectors that included water, wastewater, and other environmental-related projects, but also transportation, power/energy, and social infrastructure. Edward held similar positions at Lehman Brothers and Barclays. Prior to investment banking, Edward worked for a multi-national consulting firm specializing in large water, wastewater and other environmental-related projects.

Edward’s most water-related experience includes: the concession/divestiture of Lower Colorado River Authority’s water assets; Carlsbad Desalination; Rialto Water/Wastewater P3; Enertech Rialto Biosolids Project; San Juan Capistrano Desalination Project; and New Haven WPCA restructuring.
Edward has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from The Cooper Union (Chemical Engineering), a Master of Environmental Engineering Degree from Manhattan College (Water/Wastewater Processes), and a MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business (Finance/Management). Edward is a CFA charter holder and a licensed professional engineer.
