Jennifer Presutti came to the Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority in the Finance department after serving the City of Pittsburgh for nearly 8 years as a budget analyst, senior budget analyst, capital budget manager, assistant director of capital and asset management, and lastly, director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). In May of 2020, Ms. Presutti was promoted from Director of Finance to the role of Deputy Executive Director, now serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Presutti earned her Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
