Ms. Hudkins has 30 years of experience with almost 25 years with Tetra Tech. Ms. Hudkins was appointed President of Tetra Tech in October 2022 and leads Tetra Tech’s operations and global strategy. Ms. Hudkins is a nationally recognized expert in high-end, innovative water treatment solutions. She has led the planning and advancement of integrated water resources and advanced treatment strategies for the implementation of seawater, brackish water, and potable and non-potable reuse water programs. She has championed Tetra Tech’s Digital Water growth strategy expanding services in the development of digital twins, automation, and cybersecurity for municipal water systems. Ms. Hudkins is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Florida. She obtained her MEng in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University.
