Mr. Hill has over 40 years of experience in water and environmental service company operations. He is an Operating Director at I Squared Capital Partners , and a co-founder and Managing Partner of Ecological Service Partners. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Director of NGP/Carlyle Global Adaptation Partners where he led the firm’s efforts sourcing, executing and monitizing opportunities in water and sustainable farming. Prior to NGP, Mr. Hill was a Managing Partner with Summit Global Water Asset Management, a Managing Director of Aqua International Partners and The Halifax Group, both Texas Pacific Group affiliates. His early career was with Atlantic Richfield and Westinghouse Electric Corporation where he held operating and executive roles in the environmental and water sectors. Mr. Hill received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Edinboro State University and a Bachelor and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
