Naggs serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Renovo Resources LLC, a Tailwater Capital company, that specializes in providing environmentally sustainable solutions for treatment of produced water generated from oil and gas exploration and production. Naggs has about 25 years of oil and gas water management experience, 22 with Veolia, and his expertise is in providing turnkey solutions for treatment of produced water for beneficial reuse. His credentials include 6 technology patents for the treatment of produced water for beneficial reuse, of which 2 have been successfully applied in California produced waters. He was instrumental in the development and execution of 4 large, produced water treatment facilities for Veolia. Naggs holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Environmental Engineering and master’s degree in Water Technology.
