Mark Halleman is responsible for business development, marketing and communications at Inframark. In this role, Mark develops and implements the growth strategy of Inframark, as well as the rebranding of the company. He leads a diverse team of business development and commercial professionals that develops water and wastewater Public Private Partnerships (PPP) across the U.S. Inframark currently operates water and wastewater utilities in 19 states.
For over 35 years, Mark has served in a variety of roles in executive leadership positions and as utility manager for both municipalities and private sector in PPPs. Prior to Inframark, he was responsible for the development of engineering and construction projects for Parsons, including PPPs and design-build projects. Mark also had a two-decade long career in the management and development of PPPs for Suez including the development of some of the largest PPP projects in the U.S.
He currently serves on the National Association of Water Companies (NAWC) Contract Operations Committee and during his career has served on various boards including the Water Design Build Council. Mark holds a B.S. degree in Biology and has held operator certifications of water and wastewater treatment plants in several states.
