Dr. Mirka Wilderer is the CEO of De Nora Water Technologies, a global leader in water disinfection and filtration technologies. Born in Germany, Dr. Wilderer has over fifteen years of water industry experience in numerous countries on four continents and has been living in the United States since 2009. She holds a doctorate in international business and strives to develop innovative solutions to leading change, managing business transformation, and preserving one of our world’s most precious resources: water.
She has been recognized as one of the “40 under Forty 2016” and “50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan 2018” by the Grand Rapids Business Journal. She is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the Generation CEO network in Europe, and the International Women’s Forum (IWF).
