Rajen Budhia, P.E., is a Project Manager at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the nation’s largest wholesale water supplier. He is responsible for planning and Project Management support for the Pure Water Southern California Program, along managing capital improvement projects at various water treatment plants. He has over 21 years of project management, planning, design, and construction experience for multi-million-dollar Capital Improvement and R&R projects associated with recycled and potable water systems for both public and private sectors. Rajen is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California with Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
