Biography

Teigan Gulliver is a Senior Water and Wastewater Engineer for HDR. Her Master’s degree at the Colorado School of Mines studied microplastics in wastewater, which sparked her interest in emerging contaminants. As the Chair of the cross-sector PFAS Practice Group for HDR and a vice-chair of WEF’s PFAS Task Force, she facilitates a space for professionals in remediation, landfill, surface water, groundwater, drinking water, and wastewater to come together to discuss solving larger problems together. Teigan enjoys volunteering as an active member of the Water Environment Federation Biosolids and Residuals Committee and through Engineers Without Borders projects, bringing access to safe drinking water and sanitation to developing communities in Bolivia, El Salvador, Ecuador and Uganda. These independent experiences continue to shape Teigan’s leadership, followership, teamwork and communication skills, which she uses in and outside of her profession.
