2:00-3:15 – Closing Plenary: Next Generation Water Future

Dr. Elesia Glover is the project and public policy manager for the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management. With a doctorate in public policy and administration, she uses her knowledge to manage state and federal policy as it relates to infrastructure, funding, and all issues related to water. As the project manager for the One Water 2022 strategic plan, Elesia actively works towards distinguishing the Department of Watershed Management as leaders in innovation, service, and value. She is recent graduate of the Women’s Campaign School at Yale University for leaders in policy and legislative careers. Prior to working in the water industry, Elesia transitioned from working in public policy in Washington, DC as a liaison to Congress, but now calls the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed home.
